Programme overview:

The programme consists of 3 face-to-face workshops (1 day each), where care leaders work with best practice, evidence-based tools and shape their approach to great leadership, in a safe space for discussion and reflection. The 3 workshop days are structured around the following themes:

1 - You as a leader
2 - Empowering your team & creating positive partnerships
3 - Leading change

The My Home Life England offer is unique in then providing follow-up group coaching sessions (action learning sets) over a 6-month period, with access to a mentor/coach and a network of fellow learners.
