The My Home Life Professional Support and Development Programme is our gold-standard, highly effective programme that supports social care leaders to develop their leadership skills, resilience, and professional confidence, while creating empowering team cultures that enable services to deliver great care and support.

Course Description

Programme overview:

The programme consists of 3 face-to-face workshops (1 day each), where care leaders work with best practice, evidence-based tools and shape their approach to great leadership, in a safe space for discussion and reflection. The 3 workshop days are structured around the following themes:

1 - You as a leader 
2 - Empowering your team & creating positive partnerships
3 - Leading change

The My Home Life England offer is unique in then providing follow-up group coaching sessions (action learning sets) over a 6-month period, with access to a mentor/coach and a network of fellow learners. The group will work together to embed learning, explore new ideas, share challenges and celebrate successes.
