Course Description

This course provides a fun, informative and highly interactive delve into safety investigation.

We challenge some of the traditional thinking about investigation and cause. In many industry investigations, the focus is often wrongly focussed on human error, rather than on the system of work and the associated contributory factors. By shifting the focus of the investigation to the system, we can minimise the likelihood of reoccurrence.
