This Korean short course is an introduction to the Korean language and way of life for the purpose of practical communication. Challenging but rewarding, the course is perfectly suited to those looking to develop a basic command of Korean.

The Korean language short course consists of one evening class a week, for a total of 30 weeks; spread across three modules, which is ideal for those with various commitments or working full-time.

This online course takes you to the next stage in your beginners’ journey to help you progress in Korean.

Over the year, you will learn a wide variety of grammar and vocabulary to enhance your skills across the four principal areas: reading, writing, listening and speaking. This will allow you to hold conversations in Korean with native speakers.

The content of the programme will help you to reach A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), should you choose to take the external test.

The full syllabus is a combination of three parts. Each part runs for ten consecutive weeks at a discounted rate.
