PLEASE NOTE: Only ONE copy of each certificate can be in existence at any one time, and a replacement will only be issued in the event that the original certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed.

IMPORTANT: Any order submitted after 15th December 2025 is subject to delays due to the University's Christmas closure and preparations for January 2026 Graduation ceremonies. We thank you for your patience.

You are only permitted to order ONE copy of an individual certificate.

You may order TWO or THREE certificates only if you have completed more than one course at City (e.g. a BSc, MSc and PhD).

If you need further copies of a certificate, please request an 'Authorised Copy' instead - see Degree Certificates.

Replacement certificates are issued by the Student Records Team. If you have any queries, please contact us at graduation@citystgeorges.ac.uk or on 020 7040 8321.

You will be asked for your certificate(s) details after going through the checkout process.

Please note that you do not need a City St George's email account/login - you can register with the estore as a 'new customer' using any email address.

Certificates are sent via a standard postal service to both UK and overseas addresses. There is no tracking information available and other postal methods are not available. Delivery could take up to 8 weeks to some overseas destinations.

We aim to produce replacement certificates within 10 working days. (This does not include delivery time.) We will notify you by email (with a scanned copy attached) once the certificate is ready/has been posted.
