The mid-year 2019 report includes commercial real estate lending data up to 30 June 2019. The report contains a range of graphs, tables and commentary spread of approx 60 pages analysing the UK secured commercial real estate lending market. It includes detailed information on loan pricing terms, loan-to-value ranges, lender fees for senior and junior financing, lenders activities in different geographic areas, development finance and property types. Additional analytics are provided in excel containing historic loan pricing series wtih breakdown by lender type, property type, loan type. Depending on availability the data is annual starting from 2005.

The excel analytical loan tables contain annual pricing tables by lender type, loan type, property type, LTV ranges, ICR coventant levels. Data ranges contain minimum, maximum, average data points.
