Outstanding Leadersip Programme 2023-24
Module 9: High Performing Teams
In this final module we refocus on your personal leadership and on the importance of teamwork. We will share best practice in leading high-performance teams. We will examine the different stages of team development and help participants to assess what stage of development their own teams are currently at. As well as leading teams, we will explore the importance of being a constructive team member. This morning will also offer practical tools to take away and use in team conversations to move towards being a high performing team. This final module of the programme will bookend the first in that it will have a focus on each person’s own leadership development and how to stay intentional once the monthly support of the programme is over.
