Module 6: Culture
What is ‘culture’ and how can it be shaped and influenced? In this module we will look at what elements create organisational culture. We will explore the ways we, as leaders, can positively impact organisational culture through our behaviours and interactions. Using an emotional intelligence framework, we will look at how we can flex our leadership style and approach, to achieve the desired impact.
