This study day will ensure that you are up to date in understanding the assessment and management of patients with minor injuries and ailments in primary care. It will enhance the care you are able to deliver by ensuring your skills and knowledge is maintained, developed and up to date.

It will enable further clinical skills progression and allow you to move on to other programmes of education if desired. You will receive a certificate of attendance from City, University of London.

    • Common soft tissue ailments
  • The assessment and management of chronic wounds:
    • Leg ulcers
    • Pressure ulcers
    • Diabetic foot ulcer
    • Fungating wounds
